The classes are small (a maximum of 10 people) to allow for personal attention to technique and safety. Some small equipment such as fitness circles and toning balls are used in order to aid precision, focus, and intensity. Please bring your own mat.
Absolute Beginners Class 8.30am - 9.30am for those with very little or no experience of Pilates.
BeginnersClass/Mixed Ability 9.45am -10.45am For those some experience of Pilates. Different levels of ability can be catered for.
Improvers/Intermediate 10.55am - 11.55am. If you have been practising Pilates for a while this is the class for you. More challenge is added to the exercises to provide a stronger workout for your core.
Backcare Class 12.00pm - 1.00pm. This class is more suitable for the absolute beginner or those with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions.
There will be no Pilates Classes in the Konasana Dome on the 28th May for the half term break. There will still be a class running on Thursday 10.15am at the Warehouse Gym that week.

Classes are held in The Studio atThe Warehouse Gym, Canada Rd, KT14 7JX
Beginners Class/Mixed Ability 10.15am -11.15am - For those with some experience of Pilates. Different levels of ability can be catered for.
There will be a maximum of 12 in the class.
Beginners/Improvers/ Backcare class - A 6-week class pass is £75, this has to be taken over a 7-week period.
Pay As You Go is £15 per class.
The courses are not automatically transferable between the venues. However, if you are unable to make your regular class, please contact me and if there are places available I would be happy for you to attend the alternative venue.
